Privacy notice

Last updated: August 2026. This notice describes intent for the production service. Plain language over legalese; it is not legal advice (see LAUNCH-BLOCKERS.md).

What we collect

• Inquiry form: your name, email, shop URL (optional), platform, and the message you write. Nothing else. No trackers, no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels.
• Client work files: the photos, fact-sheet answers and listing details you send us during a project — used only to deliver your work.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you and to perform the service you purchased. We do not sell, rent or share your data. The inquiry form has no hidden recipients; in demo mode it never leaves your browser.

Retention & deletion

• Inquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 90 days.
• Client working files are deleted within 30 days of final handoff unless you ask us to keep them or consent to an anonymized reference.
• To have everything deleted sooner, email us and we will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

Your choices

You may request a copy of what we hold about you, correction, or deletion, at any time. Opting out of any follow-up is one word ("unsubscribe") and honored immediately.
